No Win No Fee
No win, No fee is a risk-free way of claiming compensation for an accident or injury.
It means there are no upfront costs, and there are no legal fees to be paid in the unlikely event that your claim is unsuccessful. The 3rd party insurers normally cover all legal costs and expenses, however, if there is a shortfall then this is covered by the success fee which we may deduct.
If you win your claim, we may make the following deductions:
• A success fee for winning (amount varies per case)
• After the event (ATE) legal expenses policy.
We believe there should be no hidden surprises when making a claim with us, so anything you need to know when making a decision will be made clear from the outset. Come and talk to us for free for impartial advice.
Contact Claims 24
You can contact us by ringing phone or email, or by filling out our claims form. Our phone lines are open 24/7 so you can be assured there will always be someone available to take your call.
You will be put through to one of our specialists who will ask you for some information regarding your accident or injury. This will help us to determine if you have a valid claim and enable us to give you an estimate for how much you could be entitled to.
If we think you have a valid claim, we will then we will set up your claim on the system to allow us to track your claim and ensure compensation is received swiftly.
Return The Relevant Documents
Once your claim will be set up on the system we will send you some essential paperwork to sign and also request copies of the following documents:
• Photocopy of your ID (passport, driving licence, work ID, student card, birth certificate)
• Proof of your address (any utility bill, bank statement)
In order to get maximum compensation for your personal injury claim, you might also be asked:
• Proof of your loss of earnings and other financial expenses that are due to your injury (e.g. payslips).
• Any evidence that can be used to support your claim (e.g. pictures of where the accident took place, injury documentation and medical records, witnesses details).
Once we have all your documents, you will have to attend a medical examination which we will arrange for you. The purpose of the examination is to thoroughly detail all the injuries you have suffered in the form of pain, suffering and loss of amenity (PSLA). The medical expert will provide a recovery period for each injury and/or treatment recommendation which will allow us to value your claim.
Medical examinations are usually arranged within the first 6-8 weeks following your accident. We will arrange your medical examination with an independant doctor in your local area and provide all the support required for you to feel comfortable.
If you require any rehabilitation support or recovery support, we will arrange this for you at the cost of the 3rd party to ensure a swift recovery for you at no additional cost or stress.
Accept Or Challenge Your Compensation Offer
We will send you a letter with the amount of compensation you can get for your claim. Based on the opinion of a team of solicitors, we will advise you whether or not the offer is reasonable and should be accepted, or if your claim is worth more and we should go to courts. However, we will not pressure you and will provide only our recommendation. It will be up to you whether to accept the suggested compensation or not as we appreciate some people may have had a long journey to recover and may just want the ordeal to be over with. We are only here to support you through these difficult times and have your best interests at heart.
Receive Your Compensation Payment
Once you accept the offer for your compensation claim, you will recieve your compensation by cheque or bank transfer. We will then pursue the third party insurers to settle our costs bill, bringing the matter to a close. Your file of papers will be archived for 6 years for future reference.
